lemon juice is the cheapest way of doing it, they hate citrus smells. Just put lemon peel in a muslim bag and stick it under the windscreen wiper or clean the glass with lemon scented glass cleaner and they should fook right off :D Either that or leave some cat nip growing in a pot on the drive and they'll be attracted to that
