Firefox has always been better than the rest (despite my brother raving about Opera) but recently i've found there's been a lot of problem with the mac version. They seem to have sorted it out now but i was getting worried it was getting as buggy as explorer. IE8 which is now out is a truly awful application, it preloads with windows to give you a quick load time the same as IE7 which sucks up memory. As a web developer the last version was the bain of my life, things that worked in every browser wouldn't work in IE7, things defaulted to centre aligned rather than left aligned, flash didn't work without a hack script and css was a pain the arse to get working 100% and still make the page validate. IE8 has taken that pain in the arse incompatibility and turned up the volume making it 100% locked to the W3C standards and means that 90% of all sites will have problems with it. A truly awful browser in every sense of the word IMHO

The only solution is to hide till they come back then burn them with fire. Solves everything :D

After my LWB was put onto new springs and shock (standard i might add) and the alignment was done it went round silverstone like it was on rails. It gripped so hard the tyres actually melted and bonded with the rubber on the track now that's impressive :rofl:

It's a grand tourer, it's not going to be razor sharp handling on the 2+2 but the shorty would handle well in stock

lol, when i took all the panels off mine there was a positive wire went up behind the dash, i stripped everything back, it went all the way out then... straight back into the next socket in the brickette things :rofl: I have no idea to this day why someone would do that! lol

My project car only locks through the fob. The battery is mounted in the boot so i connect it when i'm working on it then lock the doors, open the boot and disconnect the terminals to preserve its life. Works a treat :D Other option is to put some emergency terminals under the bumper so you can connect a battery charger to them in the event that the battery goes dead and you can't get the bonnet open to charge it.

It's settling pretty well here, I've got a meeting after work so god knows what it'll be like to get back to the cottage. I have a few hundred yards of private driveway to get to my house :(

Well the Fog light switch is up for sale if you want it buddy. They're actually turned ally buttons and they glow blue. I've seen them at Europa Motorsport but they're £18 each!

It's fooked me right off, was supposed to see the other half on thursday but she had an appointment she couldn't get out of, could have seen her saturday but had to break the car for someone coming round and i'd booked half a day off today just to see her and now she's snowed in :( fooking fookety fook :rant:
