just got my plenum back after doing pcv valves etc. start her up thinking she would be fine :rolleyes: and back left cylinder think thats no. 1 correct me please is not firing at all! getting signal to coil pack but it doesnt want to fire!!!! what to now anyone help?? :(

nice one pal dont have the water hoses got everything else do you reckon halfrauds will do it? on there it says 6mm pipe but the stuff ive taken off looks like 8mm what ya reckon?

yeah i know bud, but also wanted to get at that bugger piece of fuel line at front and put some jube clips on it! cheerz tho!! WillyEd ive tried to pull the plenum from the top but i nearly pulled my plums out! i havnt tried twisting it side to side yet but it did feel pretty solid!! should i try tapping it with a rubber mallet :smash:

Good evening guys! thought someone whos done this may be able to help!! Just bought all bits for plenum pull, oil coming out between gearbox and sump so gona try pcv's before changing seal! got quite far in two hours, Disconnected fuel rail :headvswal , balance bar, coil packs, injectors, vac hoses, throttle bodies :headvswal , acc. cable, now taken out the 8 fixings that hold down the plenum! This is where im stuck, i thought id be able to lift the plenum now or at least move it, anyone know what ive got left to do before i can lift it, ive posted pics of progress, any help appreciated!!!

i have still got the tablets i think ill put them in a bag of some sort! as the sponge they were in has rotted!! cheerz tho krsmayo ill give you a shout if they dont dry up!! was just panicking thinking id have to take them back out as you may know KNIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! :headvswal thanks anyway guys really helpfull as always :bow:

yeah a real pain in the arse mate i used to have a vw corrado with very dark tints but could see out of them perfectly!!!! plus its a very good deterant against those twocking little beggers!!!

sorry to but in guys but this has put my mind at rest slightly just put my new wheels on toyos wrapped round set off down the road to try them out and back end was all over the place!!! was thinking id been listening to idiots when id heard these tyres were supposed to good!! looks like im the idiot for not giving them a chance!! why do new tyres do this?? :confused:

hi all just wundrin, i need to take my car in to zedworld when ive stumped up the cash, say 4 weeks or so, and i think im gona need the following done; 1.main crank seal (back) 2.cam belt + water pump 3.leaking high pressure hose to power steering pump (or at least it think thats where it coming from!) 4.strong smell of fuel think its coming from where the supply comes from undernesth the chassis up to the fuel filter. Does anyone know how much this might set me back est. or has anyone had this done and already know how much its gona be any replies gratefull guys!!!! :)

hey dipone just bought a set of the D1's as they do 9.5" rears prefered the D2's looks but they were too skiny!!!!
