Mineral oil is ok for alot of old Skool cars including Z and has been for years hard to believe but very true ??

Hi all used oil from Nissan goes into my van when that gets its oil change Also magnatec is a very good oil for Nissan and a few other performance cars it does the job very well for years, and having owned a 400bhp fd rx7 mineral / semi oil does a good job im sure there's few people on here running mineral oil and changing oil every 1000 miles Few of my mates are running big power supra / rx7 / evo and use the above oils including triple qx ??? It's all good stuff ?

It's ok once you get home please change oil for fresh oil [emoji23][emoji23]

500 miles / 4 months shell hx7 10w40 for the summer period only ? Winter months oil service every 250 miles/ 2 months I then switch to Castrol magnatec 10w40 my favourite and the best oil for the z32:drool::thumbup: This also depends on what mood I'm in also weather dependant plus the year before I only used Castrol magnatec for both 250 and 500 mile oil changes ? Right I'll just get my coat I'm off ??

Shell hx7 10w40 Oil + filter change every 500 miles / 4 months :innocent::thumbup:
