  1. Ahh, yes CarMad... I think it's a case of the cobbler's shoes.. I seem to have, of late, taken a lot of photos of other people's cars but none of my own... (so, really... I should talk!). Gurteen0.. I have started a thread over the weekend for one of our recent events.. There's some nice Zeds there. Here's a link: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?171426-Sydney-Australia-ZX-Cruise-Fundraiser-March-2013-(Post-event) Cheers all.
  2. Thanks for the kind words everyone.. Over the coming weekend, I will post some pics from a couple of recent events. Cheers all.
  3. Well, a quick hello and intro from Chris in Australia. I am a Z'd owner since 2001. My ride's a 93 Jap spec TT manual slicktop in Ultra Red. Its basically a garaged princess that does about 1400 odd kilometers a year. I am based on the eastern side of AU in Sydney, New South Wales. I am 49 with a wife and one son. Sorry you guys weren't able to crack the record for last night.. but I was there (my local time 5:30am AEST) with a hot coffee and peaceful silence before the rest of the family woke up. It was good morning and I poked around your forum for an hour or so before setting off with the rest of the day. (Was about 74 or so online when I broke off) Must say, well done on some finely maintained member Z's across the UK club / forum. Very impressed at the standards you keep. I am looking forward to spending some more time in your garages in the coming weeks. One of the things I have started doing since becoming a member of the AU 300ZX forum in August last year, is to attend some of our local events and build my photographic skills by recording events and forum member rides. Here in my part of the country there's about 4 events per year. (Meets, cruises, tech days and so on) So, if it is OK with your mods and admin, I would like to offer to post up some occasional photos and links to a few of the AU events that I attend. (Perhaps a few vehicle and event shots and a link to the relevant 'Post Event' Thread on the Australian Forum. I will do my best to understand your rules and try post when / where appropriate. I don't want to hog your space - just share some of the local Z scene from over here. If anyone would like to point out any matters of etiquette before I start posting, I would welcome your advice. Cheers everyone. Chris, the LittleRedZX.
  4. Thanks MM! Was good to get up early and do some work. It started with: Alarm clock, shower, PC on, hot water boiling, strong coffee.. welcome to another day. Cheers all.
  5. Hello all on the UK Z Forum. Thanks to JaiKai, I have registered as the LittleRedZX, AKA Chris from Sydney Australia. I will be up at about 4:30 in the morning (Aust EST) to help you guys break your users record from last year. Will post up some pics of my ride soon. Cheers to all on the forum. Chris.
