Having trouble with a kenwood head unit, i'm putting in the H/U and its just not working. Tried switching the yellow and red wires but still nothing. Im baffled. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong???? Thanks

Although it shuts water tight there is a at least 3mm play in the boot lid when its shut. I'm sure this can't be right. Do i just need to tighten up an adjustment on the boot latch???

I want to change the standard head unit in my Z for a Kenwood one. Can you get an adapter for this or if not does antone have a wiring diagram image for the iso plug on the z so i know what wires are what????

I am so pleased i waited 18 months for a good Z to come along. I picked it up last weekend and i'm chuffed to bits. It's perfect (imo). Even though its got a water leak (being fixed) and it drank my weeks money in fuel on saturday (£65) i'm in love with it. Compaired to my old car it's a real beast. Here's a pic of them together.......Yes i've moved on from the french hatchback stage now :D P.S does anyone know how to adjust my headlamp beam hight, its driving me nuts

As a few of you saw on sat i had quite a bad water leak, i think its the heater matrix but it's gone back to the garage i bought it from today. Hopefully it's easily fixable and free. I'm more than capable of sorting it my self but why bother if someone else will do it for me :mac1: Can't think of a name for her yet???

Its all there, there are even covers under the glass targa top that are held in by thumb screws. Didn't ecen know they exhisted!!! They weren't on the others i tried. I going to treat her very well and not modify it. (maybe some nice wheels once i've saved up.) Although it does have a £600 mongoose exhaust. Sounds awesome.

Yeas the Z was from james paul BMW garage. I got it for £5500 so knocked them down £450 which was good and they gave me £4750 for my old car so all in all i'm really happy with the deal. I really can't wait but there are all sorts of things to strip from my old car to sell privately. It was a Citroen C2 VTR, i fancied a manly car as i'm now 24 and out of the french hatch back stage, lol Agent007, definately bump into you at some point.
