yep, been paying £7 a month for 5 years on phone insurance....never claimed so now i have canceled it. My phone will get nicked next week, lol !!

what is anoying is that i will have 5 years no claims in march, however my current insurance don't cove my new car so having to change insurance and go back to 4 years no claims!! arghhhh!!

I just got 2 insurance quotes for the Isuzu. The protected price was £200 more than un protected. I suppose its a question of risk as to wether its worth it but i don't think its is worth another £200!!

cool ok, well this car is due to attack the muddy UK countryside so i think waxoil or similar will be a good idea!!

As you know i've bought a 4x4 and it was imported from Japan late last year. There isn't a bit of rust on it which is great and i'd like to keep it that way. Do people generally put a coat of that tar stuff on them? Or is it a personal preference?? The car is made with zink coated steel so won't rust but not sure about the chassis.

cheers guys, think i'll name it marmite :D I love landy's and been looking at ones with a v8 auto conversion but they are made from rangerover bits so thats a bit of a maintanance worry and with my gammy leg they aren't that comfy. I just didn't want a car as big as a disco either!!
