  3. i get a bit ofa squeal too but apart from that it's great. you will need to take the radiator out and a pulley puller (can't think of the proper name) will come in handy. not had any problems w.r.t waterpump etc alex

  13. ......between a TT idle valve and an N/A idle valve? been searching through a few old threads and found a bit that said an N/A idle valve wasn't suitable for a TT engine (and vice-versa??) alex

  15. mate i have done everything i can think of to do with the idle system inc cleaning throttle bodies, changing water temp sensor, cleaning the IAAV, and changing the stepper motor on the IAAV. i now have no idea wher to go and need an experienced person to look at my car with a conzult :( will pay with beer of course. :smash:

  18. my idle problem is now really starting to depress me and i think its about time i got it on a conzult. can anyone help in the leeds area? would be much appreciated. cheers alex
  19. pity your mate crashed it. really liked the look of it. hopefully someone can get it back on the road.
  20. f1 is more interesting now there is a british driver doing well IMO but you're right. moto gp is much better racing. would be interesting to get rid of traction control in f1 cars. that really would seperate the men from the boys!
