leaving the yellow plug off is not a fix. it's just a way to ignore the problem although i dn't know if it causes any damage. i had the same problem and after changing the Idle valve for a working 2nd hand one (£20 off here) the idle was normal. might be a good idea to take it off and give it a good clean with some brake fluid cleaner. i also changed to a series 2 ptu and it now runs sweetly. hth

zedworld did my cambelt and their customer service was spot on. even dropped me off and picked me up from the train station.

tonights was the funniest in a long time. pity it was only 6 episodes but it is back in the autumn. hopefully they can change something to make it better. too much of a formula atm.

three really good books there. james patterson is a great author too. he writes a whole series of novels about a detective called alex cross and i find them impossible to put down. also try the da vinci code. awesome book

just got a quote for £560 fc on my n/a with elephant. added my mum to the policy and it dropped to £512 and she has 3 points. think i might try getting a classic policy when it's back on the road.
