Happy St. George's Day...
It's good to be patriotic, just hope you don't adorn your vehicle with these tacky pieces of detritus. :)

Happy St. George's Day...
St Patricks day is known about because it's commercialised. Do most people who go out and get wrecked claiming they are celebrating it actually know the meaning behind it? I'd hazard a guess in saying 'no'. It's a little bit like the old Christmas / Easter thing. Easter is actually a more prominent festival in the Christian calendar, but because of the commercialisation of it all, Christmas has been seen to be the most important....and IMHO, the most irritating time of the year.

Happy St. George's Day...
Well that's it, you do. How can you celebrate it if you're stuck at work. That's my point, something like this should be a public holiday should it not? :) NB: I'm not bothered about the day as such, just an excuse for me to moan about the lack of public holidays in the UK.

Happy St. George's Day...
Most of my family are Hungarian. No, I don't celebrate any Hungarian national festivals.

Happy St. George's Day...
Part English. I'll still only celebrate it when the government gives US time to celebrate it. :)

I'll only celebrate St.George's day, when the government recognise it as a public holiday!

Pointers on buying a 300zx?
Correct, UK cars have an all round blue tint to them, whereas JDM models have a bronze tint. Would love to have the patience to replace all my glass with UK spec glass. Sounds a little anal, but mades a nice subtle difference to the overall appearance of the car.

Sure can. Any ideas on when this is likely to be? Mid-summer I'm hoping for. :)

Pointers on buying a 300zx?
Sod all if you choose the right insurance company. I only pay £450 fully comp on mine......was paying £500 when I was 26 years old, now 28. That's on an import. I never wanted a UK car, whilst there are some rare low mileage examples in nice tidy condition, they are few and far between and whilst looking for my current one, every UK car I saw was hanging, rusting sills, arches, scabby undersides etc.

Pics or STFU- Today is the day...
Pearl white is it?- White zed, with its top of wraxall.
What day was it?- Ex Supra TT owner looking for a Z TT
To get an extra 50bhp from is a doddle. At the very least, just a remapped chip and a set of 1mm boost jets. You'll be looking at between 340bhp and 370bhp dependant upon engine/turbo condition.- HELP needed!.. new to 300zx's
Narrr, just rust buckets. ;)- HELP needed!.. new to 300zx's
Means it's a Z32 TT. Some call it the turbo model by vertue of it sounding silly calling it the 'turbos' model. It'll definitely have two turbo chargers.- engine mount suppliers?
Just go and buy an old Ford Sierra and have done with! ;) Bet those F150 mounts are stronger than the Nissan ones as well.- engine mount suppliers?
Somehow doubt that they are the same as Nissan Patrols....even that is a Luxury 4x4, rather than a cheapo 1.0 Micra. Also, Z32 mounts and bushes...well the big ones are silicone filled, not just rubber blocks.- HELP needed!.. new to 300zx's
Yes, but it was the Z31 (previous model) not Z32. ie, this model 300zx.- HELP needed!.. new to 300zx's
Just out of interest, why do you have 2 x Almeras???- engine mount suppliers?
Yeah that's true, but what you have to understand is, although the car itself is cheap to buy (now), it was developed as a luxury sports car and parts/prices reflect that. It's just the way it is. You're not going to be able to get parts for the prices you'd pay for Vauxhall Cavalier spares. Nissan sold very very few 300zxs in the UK, it wasn't for the mass market, a bit like Toyota Supra spares being more than that of a Corolla....or even Ferrari 348 spares being hundreds of percent higher than that of spares for a Fiat Panda. etc etc, the examples run on.- engine mount suppliers?
That's the price for standard ones. As you should know, Nissan are expensive and those are most likely the rubber composite mounts not the metal engine brackets. PU ones 'might' be cheaper...if you can indeed get PU engine mounts. Speak to Smithy about those. - Lets Reflect...
