  1. Can it really bother you that much? Quit worrying about the spoiler and just remove it when you've actually found yourself the nicest tidiest Z you can. PMSL!! Someone needs to spell it out for him...... N/A = No spoiler (but a factory option) TT = Standard spoiler.
  2. Just make sure you fit some smooth skirts (like Stillen) and blend the swage line over to match either bumpers. Looks odd with swage lines on the sides and rear and not on the front. IMHO, the bomex one is too fussy, so I'd go for the Wings West one out of those two.
  3. Crack on the inside lip? That's easily repairable. Doesn't look too bad. Looks like it's been repaired before. Take it to http://www.juswheels.co.uk the chap that runs this little outfit did the rims on my Z.
  4. Do look nice, although shame the rears won't be wider.
  5. Cheers. I'm liking it very much! Prefer not to have the dash cluttered up with pods and dials etc. Mmmm, got me thinking now. :)
  6. I like those dials in the centre console. Anymore info on those?
  7. I'm after some new bits of casing for my Fujitsu lifebook laptop. Does anyone on here know where I can get hold of these? Thanks

  9. Wack up a photo of the damaged rim.
  10. I do like the 406 Coupe. Amazing value they seem to be now.
  11. This scare has done the rounds a number of times too. In much the same way as motorfactors being forced to sell only to the trade and not to the general public. There was something doing the rounds a few years ago hinting that all DIY mechanical motor vehicle work would be made illegal.
  12. Looks like you're linking to an uploaded attachment. Try uploading it to photobucket or something. Anyway, I can't see it.
  13. It's a term invented by James Watt who wanted to define a power rating. He used it based on horses moving coal. Think it was something to do with the weight shifted v's the time.
  14. The Plenum is the large rib cage looking thing ontop of the engine.
  15. Yes. Cool air is more dense than hot air, so when it's cooler, the air mass increases.
  16. Needs to have the manufacturer’s Cat approved certificate stamped by the qualified installation engineer AFAIK.
  17. WWL offer a good service, so your car will be with a good carrier.
  18. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/6586879.stm  Not sure if there are any French speakers on here, but 'Zizzi' is French slang for penis....kinda ironic really.
  19. Ya know I'm only messin. ;) Didn't realise you'd fitted a new bonnet. Like the 2 tone paint you've done. :)
  20. That incase anyone tries to steal the engine? hehe ;)
  21. I like to keep everything that's fitted to the car. Otherwise you just have loads of redundant switchgear.
  22. It'll get attention in the US due to it being a 2+2 TT. Make sure you use the US 300zx forums. The Z scene in the US is fantastic. I know exactly where that is...looks like your car might be going out on a WWL vessel if your car is at that terminal.
  23. Ergh, don't get an Evo. Get something as exotic looking/sounding as the Z. I'd try and go for an NSX. Either that or an S15. The only two Jap cars other than the Z32 that I'd look at. Skyline is up there with them though. But only in GTR format.
  24. You can buy replacement perspex covers and I don't think they are too pricey either.
