Going to go and collect my new engine this weekend or the next. Just wondering if anyone was about and fancied hooking up. Hopefully bringing a zed-head with me so we can bolt on a flywheel and a battery and test the compression... ...anyway, just wondered who was about. :)

Oh yeah! Considering going concourse or semi concourse....dunno..but yeah, the engine bay will be cleaned and polished. :)

Thanks chap. Gonna do a few things to it before it goes back in. Replace belts, some hoses, do away with the rear water hose and EGR.

Let's hope it's even smoother than the current one. Although the current one has bore issues, it's still one of the smoothest zed engines I've ever heard.

Well, my engine was a low miler...it's buggered. Buy a LHD centre consol facia (not expensive) which has the clock on the left hand side instead of the right hand side. Cut hole, make a spacer and flush fit it there. :) This is what I intend to do. You'll have to run some cabling though.
