  1. I shall be attending this as it is always a good turn out and by the looks of it some nice weather aswell!!
  2. I did check it with a seperate hand held gauge and it really was low although this was over a year ago when i first took it off the road and i cant remember the exact reading. Does anyone know what standard pressure it should be pushing and I shall re-gauge it the weekend.
  3. Simple as that then  ha ha!!! Cheers for that Greg, I have got a 2-post ramp to work on so that will make the job a bit easier but I'm still not looking forward to it!! Is a crank sprocket a cheap item and worth buying just in case?? Si - The reason I believe the oil pump is knackard is that the oil pressure is low, or is there any thing else that could cause this??
  4. I shall be ordering me a new oil pump nearer the end of the month (nearer pay day + renewing my 300zx.co.uk subscription) Is there anything else other than Oil pump and gasket i need to order or is it worth changing anything else while im there?? Also a brief guide on "how to change the oil pump" would be a great help as I have never done one before:bow: Thank you all
  5. Its the passenger side rear cylinder that is not firing all the coil lead are correct and all the other cylinders are firing as they should Cheers
  6. punto owners!! o dear ha ha!! Im usually about on a friday night we will have to arrange to meet up for a pint!!
  7. Welcome fellow wolverhamptoner If you wanna chat ZX`s let me know and we`ll go for a pint!! and Rata2ie your family dont live on the oxlymoor road and own a Z31 do they??
  8. About a year an a half ago I blew a head gasket so I had the engine removed and the head gaskets both changed, The car fired up straight away but was not firing on one of the back cylinders (now this is the confusing part) there is fuel getting through and there is a spark I have also done a compression test and that too is fine, The only thing i can think of now is that one of the valves is sticking........ Could this be a possibility?? The other thing is that the oil pressure is quite low (cant remember the reading but i have checked it with a separate gauge to eliminate a faulty sensor) Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, Thanks
  9. Ha ha its a well known fact that our show-girls have the finest breasts in the west!! Just make sure your at USC next year we shall have titties galore ha ha!!!
  10. Hanna (the one on the very left) won it 200 quid and a trophy!! God I wish I had tits!!! ALL THE PICS CAN BE SEEN HERE IN THE GALLERY outside the sr stand..
  11. A black SWB an a J plate, A mad red coloured one with a crazy spoiler and I think a white one went passed our stand but then again I was extremely drunk so it may have been a cloud!! We were running the streetrace stand and one of our models won the miss USC award!!!
  12. Sounds good mate but I dont think your poor turbo`s will agree!! That sound is the boost pressure comming back and going between the turbo blades which will also cause them to stall, This is why we use B.O.V`s to stop this from happening. Tiz not good.
  13. ha ha just slap a sticker on it!!!! is it a uk spec???
  14. Now that kit looks the bussiness!! Topsecret do seem to know what there doing and $2900 doesnt seem "too" steep!! Time to get saving!!
  15. Happy B-day Legrag!!!!
