Most of the spacers I looked at come with bolts :confused: I thought the spacers would just fit between the wheel and the hub and be held in by tightening the wheel. So what would the bolts be for?

OK probably a dumb question, here goes, I noticed that many Zeds on here had big alloys yet on many of them the rear wheels seemed to be in under the arch, so would it be possible to put on spacers to get them to stick out a bit to give it that wider look? Is there a downside to this? e.g.
