  1. I hope not.I did take a look at them and they seemed ok. I'm just crapping it incase its a rear core plug or something.
  2. ok just finished doing the plenum bypass. New hoses and clips fitted and guess what ... Drip, drip, drip  I think this car really is beating me :surrender: Where else could my drips be coming from??
  3. just want to fix the leak i was wondering if i could bypass the little plenum pipes with it in place. I have a diagram of how to connect the Turbo water lines missing the plenum pipes. Don't want to go to mad in case i can't get it back together again.
  4. so its a plenum off job? crap i was hoping it wasn't :( could it be done from underneath on a ramp?
  5. I've finally got the Z to run right with no air leaks. The oil leak is also cured but the water leak is still a pain in the backside. Its a drip coming from the centre of the back of the engine somewhere and i can't see where though are there any common places for a Z to spring a leak from? Like i said its not pouring out just dripping
  6. Been out twice in it and it flies :thumbup1: I find it once it hits boost it breaks traction in 1st and 2nd i've only got the controller on 0.75bar atm so god alone knows what 1 bar is gonna be like. I've been cleaning all the mess out the inside for the last 2 hours so now it looks tidy and smells less like a garage inside. Just need to tidy up under the engine bay and start using it now
  7. Well it turns our my furry green injector connections have been my problem and this morning i actually finished getting the putting it back together. It drives again now. No more hesitation it now actually boosts fully without feeling like its running out of fuel. Still a slight air leak problem to find but at least now it goes and goes well :w00t:
  8. I have an earlier one. Funny I have button B set for fun too. When the Z works that is lol
  9. no probs mate let me know it turns up ok my wrapping was a bit crap because of the shape of it
  10. On its way to you :thumbup1:
  11. Does your courier have all you addy details??
  12. This might not be in the right section but its not my vehicle. I also post on a forum called Retrorides and this has been for sale for a bit and i thought it might interest someone on here. http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=FSW&action=display&thread=125666 Its cheap, manual and all road legal Sorry if its the wrong section.
  13. At the rate i'm going with my Z i'll be walking anyway :tongue_smilie:
  14. Tuesday is a quieter day in the shop so that would be fine.
  15. I've managed to get it wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. My work addy is ..Leyland/johnstone paints, Unit 3 The pines industrial estate, Broad street, Guildford, GU3 3BH Let me know when you have a courier sorted and i'll take it into work so it can be collected.
  16. Ok i'll get it wrapped over the weekend I can't pm so i'll just stick my work addy up here. It will be easier to collect from work as there will be someone there even if i'm out doing deliveries.
  17. I have got some packing stuff from work so i can get it wrapped up for you if you are still interested
  18. The coolant temp sensor had a bad connection when i got it its been repaired. Maybe the sensor itself its FUBAR. I'll go and have a look if it stops raining
  19. I hope its something simple like that.
  20. Tried to have a drive today but i seem to now have a massive over fueling problem.. Its bogging down and not reving cleanly it also has lots of black smoke. And it stalls could it be the temp sensor or the o2 sensors the car is decatted but it does have sensors still. I'm loosing the will to live.... maybe i should have got an N/A
  21. Let you know tuesday I should be able to squeeze it into a Micra to take it to work failing that I'll pop home in the van and grab it.
  22. Could sort something if i can get it to work so the courier could pick it up from there. Let me get back to work on Tuesday as i should have some packing stuff there. But you are still welcome to it I don't want anything for it :thumbup1:
  23. If you can collect it you are welcome to it. Its quite fragile because of the damage to it. Its also cracked in the centre. Its currently in my living room at the moment with a pair of MK4 Supra bumpers and a Supra wing lol
  24. I still have it as my front fogs don't fit my replacement bumper for some reason. They just fall through there is no was of fixing them in and they also house my side lights so i was gonna cut the mounts off it and find someway of making it all work on the series 2 bumper. Unless i'm doing something wrong. Why do you want it ?
