  1. i was down there for 5 years and they will be hard pushed to take it again without heavy losses. it does wind me up that they are sabre rattling again. there is gas and oil down there so no big surprise though. believe me, there losses on day one would be substantial though.
  2. Didnt know you were into polishing Vinz.
  3. http://www.japfest.co.uk/ There you go. All the info you will ever need.
  4. Now this is ironic. Last year I had the car outside the house with the roof down while i was detailing it. I came inside to answer the phone and it was the RSPB asking if wanted to sign up. I agreed and gave them my card details. They said a free gift was on iits way. Came outside and a bird had crapped right across the inside of the car. Talk about fast delivery.
  5. Thats 22 350 and 370s signed up at the moment so it should be a good stand.
  6. CMA CGM do a run from that part of the world into Tilbury.
  7. Just finished after a long shift so why not. Trying to find my car in a busy car park. Strange scottish traffic warden. Cant find a pic of me and my wife, I have her old laptop and there seem to be hundreds of her and some guy she stalks. My job. With the boss.

Thanks Steve, there will be information coming up. I am very happy to sort out any logisitcs question nearer the time, two things we have in the lakes, water and hotels.
  9. Very clever bud, :sailor: I thought you had left the country or it was your round. Sat on the boat in Tilbury dock at the moment. :bored:
  10. Oh yes, it was a little damp. It cant happen two years on the run though.
  11. Thanks for that, yes, I will be very happy to liase with the other forums to see if we can smash some records for the shows this year and let those that dont understand just how the marque has evolved. I have the details for thos years LakeZ so will pm them over to vodkashots for consideration. I am always open to suggestions and happy to help out with travel or hotel arrangements. As its way oop narth and a social event although its great to see the zeds is still very nice to meet the owners arriving by any means. There is a station ( Oxenholme) on the main line only a few miles away. Anyway, enough of that on here. I will put a pm together.
  12. Nope and they arent available any more so if anyone want to mod a Robin Reliant give me a shout. More likely three very expensive coffee tables.
  13. Thats awful news mate but as has been said you seem to have come out of it well. I hope you get it sorted soon.
  14. I like changing wheels but sometimes the change isnt because I want to. Our local B roads can be fun. I have just bought a new set for 2012
  15. I wish, that was a couple of years ago while we were hooning around Scotland. Great roads, smashed cat and new clutch and flywheel. Not the most practical car really.
  16. Thanks guys, :thumbup1: Ok, its Marmite time.
  17. Hi all, just registered so thought it would only be polite to say hello. I am the guy that organises the LakeZ event with Lexx. I will also know a few of you from other places too. I am a 350z roadster owner but have had several of the other models so am a big fan of the marque. I love the shows and look forward to meeting more of you during the year.
