My car at zedworld had water and oil mixing in radiator then stripped out plugs discovered water in right head ,totally pist off .contacted the garage that did engine build looks like they ****ed up and put the wrong head bolt in were the short one should be and stripped the thread .But the ****er just ignoring me .So took to zedworld wish I knew about these 2 year ago .But live and learn ,hopefully car in very good hands now ,everyone i have spoke to sings jefff and jamies praises .Hopefully I will be one of them . Met jamie seems a sound lad ,jeff was off the day i went through with car .look forward to meeting him when I go back through. Was well impressed in zedworld garage . Was nice seeing so many zeds in one place .looking forward to some future meets.

HI MATE i am a heating and plumbing engineer ,the pump sounds like it is goosed or full of crap ,or the diverter valve sticking .if not drain down system and power flush with cleaner .strip of rads and wash through with hose . drain down cylinder as well . refit everything also get a magna clean fitted worth there wheight in gold look them up on website pull out a lot of magnatite etc . fill all system back up and add inhibitor . But it does sound like pump impellor goosed and not pumping water round system .But my advice get a combi fitted saves a lot of chew .there are some good ones on market and not pricy ,if I can offer any more advice feel free to mail me
