I am supprised really I have spent the last 5 years in one form or another upgrading the signalling and equipment for the high speed running of these trains oh the west coast main line. Which I gathered meant they were an on going thing? If you have any competencies in train maintainance or operating give me a shout? :)

My 300ZX TT...... It costs me less than my 19 year old son but more than my wife. I run two/too expensive cars but thats so i can keep the 300 for special purposes and fair weather and I have always liked and owned big expensive cars. Cars are a deffinate status symbol and to have people admire your car is worth every penny. I enjoy my life more now than I ever have. Therefore I will spend what I can and have what I want. Just to satisfy my needs, wants and desires. All 3 catagories cover my feelings for my sports car.

I have got a spare set of wheels with decent tyres on they are 16" 235 F and 255 R i think but if it gets you out of trouble buddy you can borrow them until you get sorted? Let me know. I am working in Chester in two weeks time so if all else fails i will bring them to work then. They are quite nice 5 spoke just like Chunks old rims. I will also be changing my front end in a couple of weeks when the new one comes and you can have that for fook all to keep. Vince

As far as I can see the prices seem to still be between £2500 and £5500 Like funky Si said, depending on condition etc. some make more because they are exceptional and some less because they are skips. I paid £4500 for my 54.000 Kms TT last year and If I sold it now I cant see it being worth any less?

Anyone getting caught doing 150 MPH should be punished you me the twat or the copper. If a copper IS chasing a criminal then thats a totally different kettle of fish. AND. it wasnt brought before a jury the first time I believe it was at a magistrates court? (might be wrong) the trouble with it is the copper should be setting an example (i dont care what anyone thinks about that) its a fact. BUT! I dont think that doing 150MPH should be classed as dangerous driving. (IMO) Taking the piss and speeding yes! but not dangerous driving. Just to add. My mate got done for 99 MPH on the M6 toll and was told "1 MPH more and he would have been automatically banned. :headvswal

IMO He was not training he was taking the piss and got caught. Yampiedog. Sorry bud but I cant se your point mate. The police do a great job and I personally am grateful but why should they be allowed to do what we aint? If they want to train the police to drive at high speed there are plenty of tracks and places they can do so. He is 38, I was driving at over 100MPH before he had left school so I am IMO a more experianced driver than he is But if I got caught doing 159 MPH they would lock the door and throw away the key.
