  9. if that is the case, my zed has leather, electric seats, climate control, autobox abs twin turbo, somebody is japan spent alot of money when they orderd my car the only box that wasnt ticked was metalic paint, lol
  10. I'm sure it was the price was one of the contributing factors why nissan stopped selling the 300zx here
  11. IM sure they were 37K in brittain and im sure there was an option list that brought it over the 40k Im sure someone will come along with the right answer
  12. I will see my mate tomorrow for every one
  13. I wouldnt advise that mate,as god forbid you crash or someone crashes into you insurance will not pay out when i did the v6 conversion on my calibra it was a redtop 2.0l to a 2.5v6 my insurance company just classed the car as a standard v6,so what you may find is that the insurance company will just class it as the turbo version and as both turbo and non turbo are classed as the same group insurance may not Rise in cost, but i would make sure first
  14. he is very reasonable, for a set of alloys shot blasted powdercoated in any colour 140 all in and that is inside and outside all 4 wheels so he is cheap but his work is amazing, if you go through my facebook you will see himfrom there
  15. I thought i would share some of my mates work [
  16. both Cars are group 18, so it makes no difference in insurance ways,My 96 N/A was costing me 600 fully comp tyhat was on a standard policy,my tt is costing me 390 fully comp because it is 20 years old,but if i had a 96 tt it would cost me the same as my N/A
  17. I was driving to pick my misses up from her work today and the car decided to miss and losed all power, got it home and the wires from number 2 injector had snapped ,it is amazing how much power it lost just with one injector down,Its all fixed now with help from my trusty soldering iron:punk:
  18. Ford cougers are poooooooooooo the old Probe was better,as it was a mazda mx6 underneath, but I have to agree on the jap stuff even though I have been a vauxhall man for most of my driving life,God I remember years and years ago you couldnt give japanese cars away, how times have changed

  20. I would not know what the difference is mate so i \can't help
  21. not yet mate it will probabply be tomorrw bud but as soon as it gets here i will let you know, its the northampton sorting office there useless, lol
  22. I agree unless you have a monster Power Zed there is no point, but if you have and are going down the dragstrip all the time they have there uses but on a standard car they are pointless
  23. Richard hammond did an experiment with a standard prop and a carbon prop, they put them in a jig and twisted one end of each,I cant remember the figures but the carbon one took 7x's as much twisting and forvce than the standard steel one,I think it was engineering connections or something like that :smartass:
