  1. yeah but when they try selling you broadband they dont say you can get upto 8 meg but most of the time you'll only have 500-800kbps. they told me when i was on 2meg that never dropped "would you like to upgrade to "up to 8 meg". now how can this be an upgrade when its cr@p. when i phoned them to upgrade they said to me, as they do to everyone it takes 10 days for the speed to stabilise and this is what your speed should be. i would like to know this too when i use any speedtester i get all the same results (using 4 differant ones) 500-800kbps but when i use bt's own one, which is the only one they take note of it takes along time until my Assured Rate IP profile comes up which is 7150kbps the the tester speeds up then and gives me a good reading E.G 6-6.5mbps but this only lasts for seconds and my speed goes slow again. so when you phone bt to complain they get you to use there tester and you will always get a good speed. how can that be right
  2. but they really think there is nothing wrong with what they are doing. in my area bt share our connection at 50-1 so all day long i get 7meg, then when everyone comes home from school or work about 5 O'clock it can drop to anything, 36kbps once but on average 800kbps. I have phoned bt and they dont care "your on upto 8meg" is all they say :xxx:
  3. some mixers are even 8mm also do you have isolation valves as the bore on these also reduce the pressure
  4. i got one it said steve is selling his zed on ebay :p
  5. as all the guys above have said check pipe size, head of tank, also no blockage in your pipes. also been mixers they would have maybe 10mm stem pipes or flexes reducing the flow even more. at 2-2.5m you would only get a pressure of 0.25bar so it needs 22mm pipe and the most direct route possible
  6. you cant not have kop and united fans ripping on each other
  7. after crashing mine i still got about 3.5k back in parts i reccon if i broke my zed before the crash i would have got about 7k in bits.

  16. as stella has said the hive has made you fire an "unsafe appliance" as it could affect the flue flow dont use it, if you have taken the fire out get a corgi guy to check it out as when it goes back in it will need a spillage and soundness test
  17. agreed. even though you couldn't understand what he was saying in the end of the first one, but when you can understand him its quite moving and must be the memories of a lot of troops who fought in vietnam

  23. yes it is i have just replaced the cam belt and cam sensor to solve this problem. i have been doing a search on the vauxhall site and it looks like the harness can be replaced so i think i will get one
  24. cambelt tension seems fine. someone in the past has cut up the harness that goes on the sensor, the old one had rounded edges and the new sensor is sqaure
  25. i tested the cam sensor for resistance and it was faulty but i have bought a new one and the trouble code is still there and i cant rev above 4.5k revs
