I had very similar problems and it was my shocks (one was leaking quite badly). Easy test is to push down on each of the rear corners and see if the car returns to level immediately or seems to bounce. If it bounces, the spring is taking most of the stress and the shock is probably knackered... :( HTH Steve :)
