it will probably only pool when the engine is running. not a serious problem but definately one of the "while you have the plenum off" jobs :)

have a look down the hole, it could be the rocker cover gasket weaping. you will see a small pool down there is thats the case.

i would guess at the apexi air filter being saturated with water. quite common when its been raining hard so i believe.
