Thanks every one !! :biggrin: There is one thing I have noticed on all of the z forums USA, AUS, and UK that (correct me if im wrong Probably am :laugh:) But I dont ever recall seeing any z Z32 with actual flared guards:huh: I have seen lots with wide body's, over flare,rolled guards, that have gone over the limmit to a sourght of flare but none actualy flared so I dont know how the back ones will look like:yes: If anything like how the front are going I will be rapped !!! so I have a question if any one has got some pics with z with actual flared guards front and back is there any chance of posting them up:taz: Cheers kiff!!

Hi again peeps!! more pics There Has been some big changes as the front guards are Well How can I put this? Oh Yer crap!!! so I have decided to get the vents made and welded in to the origonal guards plus getting them flared and same as the bach guards my mate said that if I moulded those rear over flares on they would eventualy crack (thats the power trix ones) And no there is nothing wrong with them they are very good !!! but haveing them moulded with the filler to blend in with two different densities will evenualy crack and if I am spending all this money thats the last thing i want to happen!! so its all going to be metal and my origonal parts I am realy happy with the job they are doing! Its a bit slow as my mate is down a couple of staff. One in hospital and the other with the flew. But be sides that I love the work that has been done!!! the body worker is old school!! hammer and dolly Ya can see it in his work! looking at it there will be stuff all filler needed!! And I realy like how the flares are going to!! the fiber glass ones i had were wider hense the flareing and the back one will be done to match!! Thats why I have got a twinz rear bar so he can blend with the rear guards!! ps sorry about all the pics what are about to start

Hi All!!! Well its getting closer to getting the Z to the body shop:taz: so I thought I would have a go getting the guards and front bar on 5 hours later!! save them a bit of work and just let them do the fine tuning !!!!! as per usual a few pics still a lot of tweeking to do yet!!!:taz:

luv the red one's:taz: And great news!!!:1eye: the bank man rang me to day to tell me Ive got the loan YYEEEEEEYYYYYYYYY Just gotta t up with my panel beater to take the Z in to get all the bits put on and a new coat of AZTEC RED paint applied Stay tuned!!! (hopefuly I dont have to wait for June/July now) But it will still take about 8 weeks for it to be done :sad:(Glass out job) CANT WAIT!!!!

Gday rustysills The truth is that they are going to be put on by the panel beater when the wrest of the car gets done :whistling: but I do want him to blend the bottoms of the over flares into the body. As I am not going to have side skirts! And to cut and mold the back bits what go onto the rear bar so you will still have the separate bar line :taz:

Gday again Fellow Zders!!:balloon:just got my new over flares yesterday. Gave one a quick coat of red and tapped it on and chucked one of the rims on just to see how it looks! and to see what else needs doing!!:thumbup1: And yes they will be molded on Bloody nice fit to!:thumbup1: They done a great job off them!!!! but as I don't have the side skirts or back bit some blending needs to be done!! Cant wait to get it finished June July this year funds permitting:w00t: And it will be cut to match the rear bar and body line!!

Gday daZvert thanks for the comments !! I really couldn't tell you how many Z's around here:confused1: taking a stab at it I would say about here in Launceston that is maybe between 6-10 including close to town and suburbs !!

mirriors on! sun shades!! one off billet aluminum boss and cruise control!! new tinted windows and t tops!! and trans and engine coolers!! plus engine bay /different angle!!

Onya leo-r32gts LOL yep tassie (Tasmania) just a little bit of distance from Gladstone LOL And thanks Gary yer I'm happy with the engine bay I thought A bit of blue would break up the red black and polished aluminum/stainless a bit. And there is still a lot to do to it as here the sun is pretty harsh so the paint has faded a bit!! plus I have got my new front bar to go on yet. I have got sitting in boxes all new weather stripping seals rubbers trims. On the list to get!! digital dash(from over there your neck of the woods) stainless exhaust, the rear big brake kit to match the front ones, put the vents in the bonnet,rear defuser,aircraft style fuel filler side mount inter coolers, and the new paint job !!!
