hello where do you get these rear panel that lights up or is it a cace of seperating the two bits and make your own as such thanks

hello and can some one pls help i got a water leek the other week from the top rad hose fixed that but lost a lot of water now fixed it but now the enj temp gauge on the dash never goes above the cold to 1/4 mark have i put to much colent in or do you think pos thermastate isu manny thanks mark
