done a little experiement, driving like daisy ( short shifiting and staying off boost ) with £15 of fuel ( not how I normaly drive !!) and got 80 miles, so not tooo bad

mclaren were never 3rd or 4th in the pecking order in the pit lane..2nd yes . and the fact that the car was designed last year has little or no bearing on what happened this year. TBH if ferrari hadnt schumacher driving for them, then no way would they have won all those drivers and constructers championships, so the car is only half the equation.

yeah, these cars kinda do that soemtimes..really test your patience. as mentioned before the car is a fair few years old and some problems have to be expected, but the experience of driving it out weighs it

dude, dont know u personally, but I've been on here long enough to see the crap luck you have had with it. I have been in the same boat spending quite a bit more than 10k to sort mine..but hey, I have a beautiful Zed now. Hope you get things sorted whatever route u go.
