ive read alot about these turbos, the hx35 and hx40, alot of th RB boys use them all the time, apparently they are super reliable as they are inteded for trucks , alot of drag cars use them, they are massive and theyre pretty cheap compared to the equivilant from garret, i would certainly use one if i had a rb engine, theres a place of ebay that sell a custom made version of the hx35, smaller hot side for faster spooling, if you ebay search hx35 itl come up, they call it the turboney. let us know how it goes

hey guys, just letting you all know, Im moving to letchworth , near stevenage for a while. for as long as i can anyway. Gotta get away from here, as some of you know,im struggling with a recent break up, betrayal and also my own Mental health. im still gona try my best to make it back for the next meet which is next weekend? im not taking my car, im leaving it parked on side of the road, ive tried to sell it, failed. sold my bike, and im gona live on that for a while,maybe try pick up a TT, get a job? i dont really know, im going with the clothes im wearing, and some numbers in the bank. staying with a cousin. so hopefully ill see you all soon. if any of you need me, most of you should have my number, Hope your All well. look after yourselves kind regards Sam

im sure you could find one if you go to a good hardware shop, but then, if you dont know what the old one is it will be tricky lol, if youve got a haynes manual i would thing the bolt and thread dimenssions are in there?

youch! yep mate, id say at 21 psi, your pushing the limits of the stock rods and pistons, with a set up like that and its potential after a tune and tinker, id say its time to get urself some forged pistons, and some forged h-beams. carillo rods or eagle rods. get the crank re-ground and balenced at least.new bearings of course, new arp studs. decent gaskets. all things you might aswell do seeing as youve got the engine stripped. look forward to seeing ur set up alive mate
