  1. i dont think it will be i think most people will just stick to the usual times only hardcore drinkers will drink after hours??
  2. must say m8 totaly respect you for that my dad lost his wife (mum) 11 years ago took him ages to get on his feet puts things into perspective when sumthing like that happens, hope next year is ALOT better m8 :)
  3. like i said future proof ur self AGP wont be around for much longer :( thats my whole point, PCI-E is taking form AGP, has been for a while may not be the better port but thats the way nvidia deam it the way forward in gaming. i wont be getting the 7 series for a while yet but if i do then i have the PCI-E port to get one ;) as for 939 it will be around for a while yet the venice cores are very good CPU's overclock them shed loads so again it will last a while and u will get ur moneys worth thats the route i have gone its not about which is better its about what is going to come out in the future, PCI-E will be the main format in the future
  4. TA rocked!!! loved that game Red alert was a classic as well TANK RUSH!!!
  5. PCI-E a gimick? eh? PCI-E is the way cards are going it DONT make u buy a new board, getting a new PCI-E board will future proof yourself as like i said AGP is about redundant now, most people are going PCI-E when they upgrade (nvidia anyway) i was looking for a AGP version of the 6800GT but decided to build a new system with PCI-E because the AGP version of this card is getting rare. (needed a new system anway :) as for card memory i personally would not touch a card with less than 256 meg CPU does make a difference but to be honest with the new generation of games that are out now i would take a 256 meg card over ANY 128 meg card now Ram plays a HUGE part in gaming just look at BF2 for a prime example ;)
  6. generals is good but try Battle for middle earth for me anyway THE best RTS out at the mo utterly awesome online :)
  7. for sum1 with older systems then fair play the questions was best card for gaming :p nothing wrong with the 98 pro, i m8 had one in a shuttle, got so hot it was unreal!! (lack of space) it depends on what cash u have, can ur mobo support PCI-E or AGP etc it all depends how far u wanna take ur gaming if u want to get in to clans and clan war leagues then sumthing like a 6800 will last u ages having said that, sum of the top gamers play with good cards but with graphics on min all about the frames per sec u get (for FPS games anyway) Swings and roundabouts :)
  8. that corsa was built by Ultimate Velocity a while back, think it was last 2003 max power live show absolutely shocking looked a total mess!!
  9. decent card but cant really compete with the other cards on the market struggles with most games now when u turn the res up i know 2 people with this card both have switched to other cards, one has a 6800GT, the other has the new Asus card :)
  10. there is only one card that offers both value for money and top quality performance 6800GT try and get the PCI-E, AGP is about redundant now so thats the way forward DONT get the ultra, u can clock the GT to ultra speed anyway 6600 is just plain crap in comparison the 7800 is too expensive ATI cards are very good but i think Nvidia are slighty better i play games competitivly on a regular basis so i know my games ;) what games are you looking to play on it? RAM makes a HUGE diff, i run 2 gig of ram just to help BF2 run faster, the extra gig makes a massive difference :)
  11. foreign women are the future ;) my girlfriend is chinese oriental and indian women are awesome!! :)

  16. personal choice m8 he dont like ATI and to be honest i dont blame him the 7800 is a toip quality card, dont get me wrong im sure the ATI is but thats the route he wants to go have u got a price list m8ty?? would not mind some corsair memory if u stock it?? :)
