  1. thats ok, but everyone is saying i need to get it on a consult but when i see the price difference i could buy a datascan for the price nissan would want just to look :headvswal Thats why i mentioned that. Anyway, as for the BOV's, seems like i need to turn the spring then so it holds the boost, is that right :wack:
  2. Thats what im saying, will the datascan not give me pretty much the same answers as a consult?
  3. should do. Im sure i read somewhere that its in the autobox where it loses the power so nissan changed things to give the auto more torque and make it just as fast as a manual.
  4. thats all i want to know, whats not right at the moment
  5. No it wasn't but people seem to think i should get it on the consult test so ill buy a datascan and put it on there instead
  6. eh, i dont know what you mean
  7. no, im thinking of buying a datascan
  8. but i shouldn't here it start going ssssshhhhhh while im still accelarating at all then?
  9. mine seen to be starting to dump around 5000revs and the when i do put my foot on the clutch its just a little swish noise, is that right, also seems to be holding back around this time
  10. some new tyres, got a cany price like
  11. so would you recommend datascan for me to try and find out my problems?
  12. ok, the blitz datascan software, whats it like compared to the consult, i know they are similar and ive heard the consult is better but does the datascan give you as much info as the consult?
  13. just seems that once it gets so high up the revs it was holding back as if there was a blockage somewhere
  14. i think that once you get the revs near to the limit they kind of struggle if you have bov's fitted, or is that just another problem with my car :headvswal
  15. must just be my car that has problems then :headvswal
  16. washington for me
  17. i think so but thats a long way from here, would cost me more than £70 to get there and back. im suprised none of the northeast members have one
  18. :headvswal i cant win
  19. ok, i will ring nissan now
  20. i hope it does as im well sick at the moment. do you know how to check for boost leaks?
  21. OK, i may try this week
  22. when i last rang nissan about getting it on they said £70 plus the hourly rate, i said how long would you need it, maybe a couple of hours, thats then going to cost more like £170 :headvswal thats why i said no at the time! StellaZ - I would let people use it if i had one or could afford to get one. And as for what you were saying about those who didn't put in, well thern we'd charge them for it and split the money between those who did :smash:
  23. I just dont like paying for stuff when they are ripping your eyes out. Why not all us northeast members put money into a pot and buy a northeast consult test :x:
