OK, I know everyone is sick of me and my car now and the only enjoyment is the digs you all like to have :rofl: :rofl: Anyway, I have ordered a DATASCAN which should be here shortly, everyone is saying i need the car on a computer. So my question is do i spend the extra £70 and take it to Nissan for the Conzult test or just wait and get it on the datascan and save myself £70 which may go on actually fixing the problem

How good are you with cars? garage will want alot of money though

I have just been given a lend of a boost leak check :dance: And i am waiting for the datascan to come, only ordered it last night though. Im starting to think it could be the BOV's, but noone else seems to have any problems with them.

They have been replaced already mate.

In all honesty i dont know as i hadn't fixed the air leak before the bov's were fitted and it was then struggling all the time but in all honesty i hadn't noticed it as bad before they were fitted

Are you in trade outside like? I found somewhere the does the 6 connectors for i think it was about £40 or something, i just hope thats the problem

well i need to buy a set of the injector connector for definate, mine are shot

Oh, i forgot to tell you that we found one of the big problems! You know the 4 big turbo pipe thingies, well one of them wasn't on properly so most likely thats why it was sometimes cutting out and also a big leak :dance:

I think so, ill have to have a go tomorrow now though but any with boost i can rev it but it then starts to struggle picking up the pace, maybe it is the injectors

well i do ned some injector connectors mate! the car does go above 5/5500 revs but starts to struggle around this time

Yes i did mate but s ince had them adjusted to 3mm and seem to be ok now, maybe they need to be 1 or 2 then, anyone know?

The thing is ive changed everything apart from the oil which is pretty much a service, if a garage could tell me what was wrong id be laughing mate but noone knows and are just saying get it on a computer which is why i am buying a datascan. And im buying one because it the same price just to get nissan to put it on their computer.

So no one got any more ideas then?
