my mate has bought an audi a2 1.4 tdi and he is after a chip and exhaust

anyone know any good tuners for these type of cars cheers in advance :dance:

the good thing about getting your car on the rollers before you get things sorted is that when you do get it sorted and go back the gains will be far greater

No mate, you'll beat StellaZ, as at the rate that he goes through tyres, he'll be riding the rims by the time he gets to the rolling road.

 

You'll probably beat me too, as the bakelite circles I've got on my wheels have about as much grip as the knicker elastic of a Middlesbrough lass.

with me blitz filter and decatt and stainless exhaust ill whip the lot of ya

sorry for sounding thick but would lightened and balanced flywheel give you more torque

also gonna put some stella in my tank (then some in my car lol) and see if that helps :tongue:

manuall is more reliable than auto from what ive heard, go to a few dealers and try and test drive an auto, just to get the feel of it then buy from someone on this site lol

mine is manual BTW and thats what i wanted from day one , just my opinion though

i usually put twenty quid in at a time and usually get between 40 and 50 miles before another twenty goes in

so next time your in your car put, every 40 miles pretend to put twenty quid in and then realise what sort of mpg we are getting

but once you are over the running costs (and it aint just petrol you have to worry about) these cars are fantastic

as for insurance im 26 and pay 600 and odd quid a year for a uk tt ive got 8 years ncb and a clean licencse so that doesnt sound too bad (im with budget BTW)

I was thinking about changing now, but then I thought I'll keep the Pulsar for the slippery winter months, its feels so sure-footed and its 4wd, rather than get my first RWD 300ish bhp monster out on the snow :D
