pm paulg, he has done his own and im sure he has photo's of the work as he went along also you would need a rear bumper to fit the arches unless you modified the standard one like paul did wheels, im sure people who have the arches fitted would recomend at leats a 10" rear alloy andf ypu may also need spacers HTH Allan

yes you can get a replacement but i would try and borrow one first as they are expensive just try cleaning the contacts on it first, this may help

ptu = power transistor unit (i think) could be source of the cutting out and not starting problems the erratic revs whilst turning may have something to do with the speed sensor, but no doubt someone brainier than me will come along and tell you a more accurate solution lol
