mine was just today in a transit van passed about 15 cars mind they were all parked up at the time lol

probably a drug dealer with loads of spare cash, but because of new terrorist laws he wont be able to open his own bussines unless he can tell them where the money comes from but if he is investing into a business and no one says anything he can launder the cash through that he would probably make it a profitable busines (to benefit himself aswell) it would just be on the dodgy side

the cars may be wringers that he wants to bring into this country under a companys name (non tracable to him) he may be genuine, i know a few gypo's and they are quite good a business venture's although can be a little dodgy
