im terrible, ive got to check my locks three or four times before going to bed, sometimes waking up during the night and checking them again, ive got to check all gas knobs and heating switches are off, when i go to bed and set the alarm i have to set it then unset it and set it again, i may do this half a dozen times before putting my head down also everything that i need in the morn for work has to be in the bedroom placed out and checked a few times before i can get to sleep, got to look out of the window to check my gates are locked and that the zed is still there (i would have already checked twice that it is locked) im really bad, but it only bothers me when im going to bed

that'll be the fat ugly stinking birds again lol
