no what the goverment worries about is the amount of non smoking cancer victims that are in hspital with passive smoking illness, non smokers that will take pubs to court on tax paying no win no fee situations the tprob ive got (being a non smoker) is with all the the tax they lose on smopking and the other revebnues it brings, what are they going to put it on next i still for smoking and non smoking areas in pubs or other banishable places, that way everyone has a chloice, smoking or non smoking
