i think its rented property, so will be 40% tax on it as its a business, you could get them to sign it over to you now but still draw a wage from it, will ask my boss to rrow as thats what we do (rent property)

normally it would be dealt with by solicitors, and then when you put cash into english bank account the bank contact inland revenue

the only way i know of is, if you have a buyer for said property, do the deal without estate agents and put money into a spanish (or whatever country you want to live in) bank account then leave the country for a minimum of five years, dont even come back for a holiday or you will be arrested for tax evasion, but after 5 years its fine to come back you are hard working aint ya lol
