actually just read my first post and it does sound like i was a plonky, didnt mean it to lol, what it was meant to say was my new lifestyle of excercise, eating healthy and drinking less is doing wonders for me lol

pmsl, the only drink prob i had was i couldnt afford the habit lol, never had a drink problem just a routine of drinking, eating fatty foods and sitting in front of the laptop all nite, thought it was about time i got back in shape and started doing things again, feel much better for it

well im doing well, this is the first drink ive had since last sat, and have done this for 3 weeks now, feel a lot better in myself and loads of energy, ive done loads on the house since ive been off the beer as its accupied my mind at nite and ive loads of energy anyone joining me in a virtual stellafest tonite????? may have to change my name to StellalessZ lol
