have just been told by another neighbour that our new neighbour (who are a bit dodgy) was lurking about in my back garden late last nite, i was told a few weeks ago that someone had been seen lurking about in the back yards so one of my neighbours had a camera set up and caught this fooker climbing over my fence and raking about tried knocking on his door to confront him but got no answer do i handle this my way and give him a warning and probably a kicking or do i get the police involved and get told that he is actually allowed to roam around in my back garden as he wasnt actually stealing anything :rolleyes: am well pissed off, i hate the fact that someone has climbed into y garden and was racking about, im actually fuming
