i really want one of these, ive read about them, ive learned about them and i love them, i have the space for a good kennel and a good backyard for it to spend its days in when im at work, it will want for nothing and will be loved to bits, it will be walked everynite and will be loved more than my zed, ive been loking after one on and off for a while now (although it has never spent the night) and it is fookin lovely problem is, it aint trained to be a house dog, it lives on a stable and hasnt been disiplined, ourlass hates it because its too bostirous and flighty, so now she thinks all the dogs are the same, ive tried to tell her i can train it to be a lot calmer and more of an house pet, a loving pet a dog that would be trained and love you for it anyone got one of these, anyone got any info on the breed of the dog, anyone had any experience please post if you have, im longing for one of these

welcome to my world lol, ive been having this for 4 years on and off now, seems to be my idle valve that causes bad running on mine, try cleaning the connectors on it, also chack all other electrical connectors for green corrosion

i checked my timing the other day and thought it was ok, my bro in law (mechanic) came today and he checked, it was 27 degrees out, ow its been set to 15 degrees and it seems slower at top end of the rev range, it seems to pull more low down, also checked my base idle which i also done wrong, its now set correct, the stalling from pull off is still there though checked all plugs and they are all burning correctly, no sooting and gaps were spot on, checked all connectors and they are ok should i set it back to 27 degrees out as i dont like the way it drives now, also i set the idle after i changed the timing the bolts on the cas aint in the middle anymore, they are more to the left of the holes, is this right have i done everything ok, do i need to reset ecu now to get it to recognise that the timing has been altered??? cheers in advance Allan

i have sparco ones on mine, they are spot on, look good and they dont catch my feet at all, will get a pic of them they are worth around £350 IMHO

yup, i have a chipped ecu in ATM, will change it bacvk to my ecu at weekend, have had this ecu in for about a year, but ive had running probs on and off with my old ecu aswell it will be something stupid that im not doingright, i think its electrical ratge than mechanical

am gonna try the AIV connector at weekend, gona get rid of conector and try a couple spade conns and rewire it as far as i can, just a feeling im having as everytime i mess on with it, the problem is still there but is different in some way, if ya know what i mean

have checked the temp sensor, all seem fine, im not thrashing it, but taking it above 3000rpm when pulling out of junctions and so on is just a big no no, but as per previous problems, if i reset tps, ecu and so on, it wont do it for a hundred miles or so have checked pkugs, timing seems ok, have checked connectors all over the engine, cant see or hear any bost leaks (although they may still be there) am at my wits end with it
