basically we give a service, it consists of providing a room and amenities at a price well within the LHA (local housing allowance), we have over 50 bedsit tennants, over 20 flat tennants and over 7 retail tennants its ahrd to keep an eye on everyone, its also illegal (if they have a tenancy agreement) for us to enter their premises without permission, we are a business, we make money out of peple needing somewhere to live, we dont exploit, we provide a residence there are people out there who hate the rooms we provide because they think that they are above our service, they think they shouldn tclean the rooms becuase they dont belong to them at the end of the day, they dont move into filth, they make their own

not really, it costs nothing to keep clean, ive seen people worse off than him and aint as dirty

the height you have now is pefect, i really like the stance of your zed, going lower will ruin the looks and the ride IMHO

pmsl, not sure what the cost, nt sure if my diagnosis isright, but if i know vauxhalls (WHICH I DONT) it sounds like bottom end shells, have a word with funkisi, he knows all about them

bottom end shells are away, quite costly

pmsl, i aint cockley, it doesnt bother me seeing stuff like this i remeber phoning an ambulance for a tennant once, he was being sick when they turned up and both paramedics were reaching and eyes watering whilst this gy was being sick, i had to let them leave and help this guy into the ambulance myself lol:hurl:

no private accomodation, one hooge house with three communal bathrooms, one comunal kitchen and 7 rooms divided into bedsits

yeah flatlets, bedroom and living room all in one, then either your own toilet or your own kitchen, we dont put both in cause if you have (lets say) 5 flats in one house, you have 6 council taxes to pay as they are all classed individual propertys amd youhave to pay council tax for the actual building

plumbing is cleaner than being a property manager lol i do enjoy it more than plumbing

communal tolets, he had to go down eight stairs to get to it and they are to lazy to do that, its actuallyquite common place in bedsits and flatlets for them to piss in the basins filthy fookers

when i found one of my tennants dead, the room was so bad that all he had was a thin trail leanding to his bed, the rest was rubbish, old fsh and chip papers, fag ends and just general food rubbish, it was summer and couldnt see out of the window for all the blue bottles on it, he had been dead for two weeks, there was maggots in his mouth

pmsl, we all have a sly piss in the sink, but at least run the tap whilst doing it lol

well i never cleaned his pan aftewards so probably lol

no just an old guy he pays £80 a week for that flatlet, unfortunately, we cant tell peple how clean they have to be, strane thing is it dont smell, thats how i never realised how it was

he has, that was full of piss, i had to bail it out, i used his saucepan

i actually removed his tooth brush and paste off the wash basin

he would never let us in, i can see why now

after eight years, i finally got into a flat we let to some oldish guy, i was shocked to find the way he lives i only got in cause he needed his washbasin unblocking, it was full of lime, and when you see the pics you wil realise how the lime got i there yes that is piss after i unblocked the waste the rest of his flat i wouldnt let my dog sleep on this and i aint cleaning the foker up for the dirty tw4t
