how do they work, do they let you go on the web anywhere in the uk????

what would be the best way for my mam to et the internet, prob is she is goes to the caravan for half the week and back hone for the rest, so would it be expensive getting it through your phone onto a laptop????

my mam is wanting a laptop to browse the web, she is after something new and nothing too fancy or expensive, it will be her first laptop so nothing to complicated anyone got any recomendations
