my mates boxer dog goes beserk f they fed him any type of pedigree chum food ive had dogs most of my life, but they have been mongrels or collies, they are easy to train, riddick is a mastiff type dog and can be quite stubborn, ive had him sitting now for the past half hour with a tripe stick about a foot away, he keeps getting up and trying to get it but i keep stopping him lol

my engine has started to knock, i have tried changing the oil and so on, bt ive had it to my bro in law (senior technician at renault garage) and he thinks it could be bottom end, possibly shells (if im lucky lol), if i rev the engine you get the knok, hold the revs and it goes, also i get a slight tapping knock starting at 2500-3000 rpm, when we were checking the engine he removed the coilpack and it stopped knocking, put it back on and it started again, he says he is just taking away the pressure so as its not firing, only did this with one coil pack what are my options, do you think it could be just bottom end shells????, if so anyone got any linkson how to do, is it an engine out job could it be piston slap, which would mean a new engine fitted, what are the prices of this option, just supply engine, have one suplied and fitted sell the car cheaper with damaged engien, not really an option as i would like to get as much for the car as i can, what would it be worth (dont be cheeky lol) let me know guys here is a vid of noise

he never gets on chairs or beds and so on, or not when im in e doesnt, we are gonna start from scratch and change his diet incase its the food making him hyper, thing i keep forgetting is cause he is so big, that he is only just a puppy (9.5 months) wil keep at it lol

does sound like low levels, when you look in the resivour it may look full, try topping it up and make sure it is full

ignore the oil pressure if its a standard gauge as 99% of them dont work properly anyway, mine was smoking a lot on start up from cold and about 5 mins into my journey, also would smoke on idle when warm, now i dont get anything, the fuel consumption has gone up and it drives much better you can get them from mjp in our traders section

its an easy and cheaper option to eliminate costs about £50 for two pipes and two valves they are the plenum crankcase ventilation valves have a look i the link, there is another link that shows how to do, took me about half hour http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=124333&highlight=pcv+valves

have you changed the pcv valves and rear hoses, mine was smoking on idle changed these and not a drop of smoke now

he knows who is boss, well usually, he has had the odd (well quie a few lol) cracked arses, he is just trying to be the alpha male as djtomo says, ourlass is always kissing and cuddling him and leting him get away with things
