believe it or not but im 31 this year lol i love my job as there is just me and the boss and we get on so well so not much arguing (till he is wrong and i a right lol)

its all in the R&D, some companies just make a shock and spring and think that is it, some companies do alot of testing to get the best results of different materials and produce them once happy

7 years is still an achievment in this day and age, my mate only lasts about a year in jobs, i dont know how he gets them

so dasvert getting ya brakes then lol top work mate, really looking forward to seeing this finished

just been looking through my files and i started work in september 1995 (officially lol), not bad considering michelle has had 6 jobs in the 9 years of me being with her, i havent got any great qaulifications and i hated school, but got this job when i was 15 but couldnt start officially till i was 16 and have never looked back, not a great paying job but i can honestly say i actually love my job and dont mind getting up early in the morn to go to work (although sometimes i would like to have a lie in lol), i have had only 5 days off on the sick due to sudden sickness (hangover) and have never ever been late and always start half hour early (7.30am instead of 8.00am) i think that is quite an achievement, just thought i would share this with anyone who gives a shite lol how many jobs you had or how long have you had your job???

3 mill spacers as the chocolate tiles have a groove cut out to make them look like individual tile sthat i have to keep to

its powder mix i think, the tiles im getting wont allow readymix to be used on them, not sure why though level is spot on, i have had it checked

ah, nice one bud, im will take pics as i go, ive took all bumps out of my walls with new walls or scraping them, they are quite true nowam gonna fill my bath trim with silicone and set it level, have already sealed my bath as i put it in by using a grab fast adhesive so now water will get past the side of the bath at all any help is appreciated though cheers bud

im doing it myself lol, ive done a few bathrooms in my time and i know once you get ya levels and cuts worked out you cant go wrong, i like to think i =m quite good at it will post pics once done

that price was with everything including the adhesive, grout, trims and borders i think its bal im im getting
