ourlass is doing a slimmersworld diet and she has a recipe for quiche, im not usually a fan but this lovely and i cant get enough 3-4 eggs tub of low fat cottage cheese, you can use fromage frais aswell 28g of cheese onion mushroom tomatoes bacon (with fat cut off) beat the eggs and low fat fromage frais untill smooth mix in grated cheese then add chopped onion, mushroom and bacon mix it all in then pour into quiche dish, place 3 slices of fresh tomato on top of quich mix and cook for 20-30 mins on a preheated oven at 150c, keep an eye on it as you dont want it to rise too much give it a go, tis lovely and no pastry to give ya heart burn, i like to let it go cold before i eat it

wooten basset email
this is doing the rounds and i thought it should be posted Need to read.... Hi Everyone, What do you make of the information below? January 6th, 2010 The British Tax Payer Pays a Mad Mullah More Than Our Frontline Soldier Here is an evidence-based chart you won?t see elsewhere; it shows how much taxpayers are forced to give to Anjem Choudary ? the extremist cleric who wanted to lead a protest march through Wootton Bassett. He claims ?25,740 in benefits to subsidise his hate preaching. Guido questions how he can be seeking work when he spends all his time rabble rousing in broadcast studios and on demonstrations. In contrast a frontline soldier, fighting Choudary?s taliban allies in Afghanistan, takes home ?17,004 for risking his life. If that Private is killed in combat, his widow and children would have to live on a pension less than Choudary gets. Why are British taxpayers paying their enemies more than their soldiers? Is Choudary really actively seeking work? The evidence suggests he has other priorities ? so stop his benefits So Gordon Brown, please can we have your comments on the above? ( in Plain English please ) Perhaps more people should be made aware of this? If you agree please pass on to anyone else you think may care.

fully comp for my astra
sorted, just rang them and renewed again, fully comp is a no brainer really, not sure why i even mentioned it as i always moan at people for not doing it lol must say though, the quote i got was nearly £600 (through the post with current insurer) went on my current insurers website and got it for £263 lol, sneaky fookers would have took the £600 lol
-
fully comp for my astra

-
fully comp for my astra
as you know i have an astra estate (till i save me pennies for a nice motor lol) the insurance is due now and im wondering if i should go fully comp as i usually do or save the £60 a go for TPFT??? Ive always gone for fully comp but then i had more expensive cars, this thing is only worth about £300 (fully comp insurance is nearly that lol), if it was crashed it would be wrote off anyway and i wouldnt bother repairng, i would just scrap it what do you's reckon, is it worth paying the extra £60 to get fully comp on the astra or not
