only people who have no clue about salvage vehicles would think that its just a bumper ive seen cars for sale that mates have said it looks nothing, its not the comsetic panels that are the probs, its everything behind that is gonna be the costly time consuming bit there are so many things behind, a bumper these days are simply comsetic

try screwing the end off where the water comes out, they can be blocked could also be that the washers are worn and the slider has jumped out of the groove in the tap and not allowing it to open properly, does it feel like it has as many turns on the tap as the basin taps also possible they are tank fed and are airlocked? Sometime's on elson tanks and so forth if the ballvalve doesnt fill in quick enough when your filling the bath it can draw air in and air lock for the next time you turn the taps on, but cold water taps are usually mains fed let us know how ya get on

yup go to your gp, ive had it and it kills, and dont listen to the goody two shoes and get a claim in, i still get headaches and neck pains 3 years later and it kills, i also suffer migranes from time to time which i never used to 2k wiplash claim just doesnt justify the headaches i get
