Anyone inteested in going to this venue one weekend, we went there quite a few times last year (before the zed fasination) Limited facilities but a good week end away watching drag racing there is the jap track day see website, Cheap Bar live music most of the time on the Saturday night, bring your own booze if you like they dont mind. Thanks for that, typical decided to get another z as our first on decided to start ticking in the engines seen about 4 zeds this week end and now the original car we have has stopped ticking a couple of days after the oil change, but now we want a 2nd zed but it seems they are spot on in the engine compartment and rough body or nice looking and engine seems dodgey, goit zed was spot on to drive nice car plenty of performance there (just cant make my mind up which one) must be a woman thing lol

we will take you up on that offer long you provide the speedboat lol

If one of you could have a look at it for me that would be good, it is where gruntpa said in moorlands trading estate opposite the karting place, he is meant to be selling it for a private seller who has emigrated it does look nice but the engine im not too sure of? there will be a beer it it lol

Anyone know of any history on this car, went to see it to day nice looking car although has got a few marks on the paintwork, seems to have no oil pressure one minute then it rises rapidly then go back down and doesnt move at all think it might be the gauge?? Where is the best place to get replacement lifter and how much am i looking at considering i will be doing the work

the tapping is constant from cold

it is more of a tap than a clicking, more of a mettallic noise but not to sure what the injectors would sound like if they were noisey, what is the remedy for the injectors?

Done an oil change today and the tapping that has come from nowhere yesterday is stiill the same, think now it is time to change the lifters. Anyone know of the best place to get them from and what kind of price im looking at for them, or even if you think the problem is somethink else cant handle a noisey engine for the summer!! :headvswal

Thanks, funny how a good polish and a new set of rims makes all the difference! leather trim next hopefully although we have now got a ticking from the engine which may need to be sorted first though, going to try an oil change before anything major though, see you at the end of the month hopefully

As a new comer to this forum and the zed world I have asked a few questions on here, to hear the reply a few times "USE THE SEARCH" correct me if im wrong but alot of the topics on this forum have been covered on many a date, So if we all used the search what a boring forum this would be also probably a non exsisting one at that. Just to let you know I do know how to use the search but as this world is ever changing I prefer a up to date opinion rather than a post from 2 years or more back. no sorry, car has no propshaft at the moment, there is a nice black one that lives in henbury though could of been him
