Dont worry Pete, after listening to the nurses scary stories :eek: I started the diet straight away bud. This has probably done me a favour as at my age the weight aint good, and as Petes pointed out to me before you dont see many fat "old" men!! Ill still have the odd session :duffer: :duffer: but not every night any more eh. And guys if it does progress to injections Ill be ok...Ive been feelin a little prick for years :)

Any one else on here got diabetes, Ive been diagnosed today with type 2 and its gotta be controlled by diet......no fookin ale (ish) and not to many pie's and deffo no sugar the latter aint a problem but ale and scran???
