One problem after another,,, the zed is slowly killing me..... just managed to fix the drivers door window,, as it didnt open,,, turned out to be the black box,, so whacking it a few times and then tapping the wires hard into the connector have seemed to fix that issue.. but now my rear lights have gone... My rear normal lights are have both gone off, bulbs are fine, fuses in main fuse box and fuse box near accelerator are all fine,,, all checked no problem there brake lights working and indicators still working,, headlamps etc still working just rear lamps. I figure I have done in the sensor as i was messing around with rear lights as I was working on designing some different lights for the back... should just leave things alone shouldnt I.... Where is the rear lamp sensor, and is there one for both sides,,, and most importantly where would i buy them for??? I would really appreciate some help and guidance, advice Thanks in advance guys

shame about the zed,,,, but Glad your ok mate, .. Zed has seemed to have coped well, hope your tyres had enough tread on them!!! I had a similiar incident last year my v8 xjr just aquaplanned and was virtually ripped in half by the side barrier, the car spun around on the dual carriageway luckily no one hit me,, still cant explain it to this day, it had traction as well,,, i didnt floor it, was just gradually turning into the right lane,, and it just went.... 370bhp... wet conditions, tyres tread was not excellent.. Officer on scene said I should by a lottery ticket... apparently the tyres on the rear were completly worn out,,, thats what you get for leaving your car with your mates for a couple weeks... i didnt even check ,,, my seat was the only one that survived,,,, i had to crawl out from the rear windscreen. The sidebarrier took out all the other seats.... Scary thing is I had just dropped my girlfriend off at the airport, thank god no one else was in the car.. moments like that... just make you realise how vunerible we are in cars. The side barrier ripped through the back and took the seats out and was sticking out of the engine.... and i used to think jags were pretty solid,..

Dont give up, the insurance companies always try to get out, but legally they have valued your car at £12k and a contract is enforceable in the eyes of the courts.. You can always complain to the insurance ombudsman who will invetigate this for you, do write to your insurance company and tell them that you will be pursing legal action and making a complaint via the insurance ombudsman

just out of curiosity how much is that costing you? I wish I could have my engine rebuild

i have just had mine resprayed it has cost £1200 for a full respray Panther Black.. Looks great now.. would never try it myself again.. tried it once with some bumpers and I ended up spending more than a proper spray job,, and then had to pay to get it done again properly. Sometimes it better letting the people who do this for a living to do it.. as they will have already dealt with alot of the problems, that you will face first time around... and you wont be scratching your head... aftewards when it goes all wrong.. and wondering why the hell did you not just pay that couple of hundred extra and got it done properly..

The normal pressure should be at 1 and half bar any lower and it will not work properly, try filling the boiler if the pressure is too low, otherwise I do think its the divertor valve.

Yes I had the complete car done, was told that it is illegal to get front too dark but you are allowed up to a certain percentage of tint on the front but not much,, I never the less still had 35% at the front as i like it that way.
