I sold my uk supra to a guy in Germany as they cannot import Japanese models and aren't allowed to import a car that was not officially a uk model. If you google it it will explain more I can't seem to put it in words here. It is due to checks carried out on official uk cars.

sold my uk supra to a german guy and had no prob, just make sure you've got cleared funds or pound notes you can take to bank to make sure they are genuine before you release the car.

hi, thank for some quick replies, i will become a member on here when i get round to it. Whats i've got is a manual uk which has a seized bottom end so i've bought a running engine from a manually converted car with unknown turbos i.e auto or manual, and i.ve also bought a tt manual engine for spares which i will get running but at the moment it's out with my uk engine and in with the runner but if i need to transfer cams across from the uk engine i'd rather do it whilst the engine is out. Hope thats doesnt spin anyone out that reads it. Ta.

thanks. How can i tell what cams auto or manual i've got then as the engines history is non existant. Cheers

Hi, i looking for advice on whether the uk spec tt engine used different cams to a jap spec motor. And also are auto turbos ok to run on a manual set up without any mods. Thanks in advance.
