Jeff, there's no such thing as the "reserve not kicking in" its BS, contact eBay A.S.A.P, copy and paste the message he sent to you and they will confirm it. last time something like this happened to me, eBay ordered the item to their Office to ensure it was in good nick and not damaged out of spite, it was then forwarded on to me, it was a few years back, but they can definitely help.

Guy guys guys...and gals, I have been looking around at what zeds are on the market these days and tbh I think I hit the epitome of stupidity, correct me if i'm wrong. I was looking online and came across a 300zx apparently named "zelda", named after a computer game...nice. Anyway, strosek front/rear ends, Ascari penta wheels and just the "norm" mods. and he wants 15k for it.....is it me or is that just a joke? I appreciate that people put their all into cars, a mate and I built a Focus mk1 V8 RWD, re-styled interior etc it cost 21k to build, but you don't expect to sell it for every penny you put in, you sell it according to how unique it is, i'm sure you'll all agree that selling the focus V8 for 11k is good, considering you can buy a RS mk1 for that right. This car Z has pretty much no tuning, just remap and exhaust, oversized wheels (which will slow the car down, more rotational weight etc) I have no hesitation in saying that 15k is mind blowingly stupid, Its nothing special enough to spend 15k on I'd much rather buy Jay's Widebody Shortie now that's a Beaut of a car, none of you I'm sure will disagree, you can see a great deal of thought has gone into it. Anyone care to highlight why its worth 15k, cos when i asked this is the reply i got "Oh just sod off mate, I don't give a s**t about a sales pitch, if you can't appreciate the value of the car, then find something else, quite simple, nothing rude about stating the bloody obvious!!" I think a sales pitch is the least thats needed from a dealer to sell a 18 year old car for 15k, or maybe even a gun?! :cursing::cursing::cursing: really peeved!!!!

Hi all, I have an exhaust question, WHEN I get a Z i want to get a nice system but a Duplex Single box twin exit pipes either side, kinda like the 1996 mr2 style, doable? kind regards adam

lol, ive been looking at a few Z's recently but i can't find a good mileage SWB manual one, its not like i could buy one atm being unemployed and all but it says alot about the rarity of what i'm looking for! give us a buzz stu (do they not have PM's on here?) i'd like to get to know more about the Z's. I was also looking for carbon skinning for the interior parts or any carbon parts all together, seems that carboin isnt a common thing for Z's. adz

Thanks for the welcome guys, that was really helpful, my last quote was 1052, but i'm paying 400 atm so it seems a lot, Yea that'd be cool mate cheers, i don't really know much about the z's, how they are to drive what suspension they have how it handles power all that so its nice to know theres someone local :) I will have a dig around to see what i can do, but i'm a big modifier i like unique modest styles and less weight more power :) thanks peeps

Hi I'm adam I'm 21 from sussex, I've been on this forum for a fair bit of time now in terms of when i registered, anyway, i'm currently part of ffoc (ford focus owners club) and i Love my focus, don't get me wrong, its a great chassis and has very good potential, the plan was to do a cosworth rwd conversion, but that will take alot of time and money and also increases the % of something going wrong....:( I Absolutely see potential in a 300zx and i have always loved them, but 3.0 V6 TT.....i'm 21 and i don't think i'd get insured. The BIG issue for e is that by the time i'm old enough to get one in 4 -5 years, they will become rare and fade out.....that would really F**** it up for me, i see in these cars a 110% clear potential but.......no cigar :( any ideas? and if you do not mind me asking, How old are you guys and (maybe) gals? thanks all
