hi my 300 has been misfiring for a while and smoking quite a bit at idle so i spent all day saturday changing plugs oil, fuel filter etc etc, and it ran fine for about 20 miles. now i have a slight misfire (much better than B4 tho) between 2-3k revs but only when its not on the boost if i boot it and the turbos kick in it does not misfire at all between 2-3k revs, and it also has started hunting at idle but did this before i started swearing at it yesterday and now does it every so often! Any ideas anyone? is it unusual that my first posted thread should be in help and advice? lol :rolleyes: Rich

Its Not Just Me Well You See, Been Handy With A Big Hammer Helps. ....or What I Did Was To Unbolt The Canister So There Was Enough Space To Get The Ally Pipe In But Also To Do That I Had To Bend The Bracket Back Around The Pipe Iself Like A Corkscrew, If You See What I Mean. I Didnt Cut It Off Because I Didnt Know If It Was Actually Going To Fit. But Now That I Know It Does I Would Suggest That You Cut Off The Bracket Altogether If You Have A Angle Grinder To Hand. Trust Me It Will Work Any More Probs Giz A Shout. Richard

hi markzx got them fitted this morning and they work fine, however the stainless fitting pipe comes out of the old pipe of the bottom of the recirculating valve and towards the front of the car, hence the bov sits just inside the front bumper but under the small ledge under the air filter, i will take a pic with my fone 2moro and send it to you? havent heard from cybernet to see how he got on either? another thing that crossed my mind is that mine it a uk car, so i dont know if that makes adifference! that said at least i can stop shouting PPPPPPPPPPTTTTTTTTSSSHHHHHHHHH when i change gear now!!!!!! rich

hi i took mine apart tonite and aim to fit the bovs tomorrow however they dont look anything like yours (markzx) it appears that the only way they would fit is if the valves sit under the airfilter, almost in the front bumper? it the stainless pipes that seem to knock the job out, althought these valves are ment for a 91> and mines a 89, but in this link i have been told it dosent matter what the age of the zx is, it is now starting to worry me!!!! i dont want to have to spend anymore time shouting PPPPPPPPPPPPTTTTTTTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH everytime i change gear rich
